Cancellation of the orders are allowed ONLY till 9AM for orders placed prior to this time of the same day or in the previous 22 hours (post 10 am of the previous day). Post 8 AM the orders are processed for pick up. Once the orders are sent out for picking up they cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. In case of perishable products we cannot use the products incase orders are cancelled. We request customers to note that they are liable to make the full payment for orders which have been procured based on their order. Refusal of delivery is also not allowed and the consumer would still be liable to make the payment.
- As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same.
- However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
- We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
- in the event of the designated address following outside the delivery zone offered by us;
- failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
- failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
- unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order; or
- failure due to reasons beyond our control or attributable to the Vendor.
Returns & Refunds
In case of perishable products, we source all products only based on your order to ensure 100% freshness of the products we are confident that the products which you have received will taste great. Since we pick up the products ONLY based on confirmed orders, we cannot accept any returns.
We have packed all your products with utmost care to ensure no breakages and leakages.
In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues with the products you have received we would be very keen to understand your feedback and look at appropriate action.
You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Services and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
- Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
- We cancelling your order due to (A) your delivery location falling outside our designated delivery zones; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or (C) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
- You cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.
- Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
We have 24-72 hours of return policy. You can get a full refund of your order value, if intimated within 24-72 hours of delivery.
Sweets / Snacks / Chocolates – within 6 hours from receiving the parcel.
Other products – Within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is used or mishandled.
However, none of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
